ONE IN A MILLION
Do you still believe in the perfect match?
A fancy dinner with single strangers. Your perfect match at the table.
Dating in your 20s and 30s is a challenge. In the frustrating and shallow apps, many women are overwhelmed with hundreds of matches and many men get barely any at all. If you do meet up with someone, the experience usually feels artificial and forced and you quickly realize that vibing with someone over text does not guarantee the same IRL.
No surprise, then, that online dating has lost its pop. People seek to fall in love off the screen again. In these fast-paced and turbulent times, however, that turns out harder than it should and used to be. Dating at university or work can be complicated, because people come and go, everyone’s stressed 24/7 and a lot is happening remotely.
Have these developments cast some doubts in your teenage dreams of finding the one, one day? I am AMAYA and I invite you to One In A Million – a social experiment that might just reignite some much-needed romantic sparks.
This three-course soirée brings together a bunch of genuine, fun, gorgeous, and interesting single strangers. The exciting part: Your perfect match is at the dinner. The catch: You’ll only find out who they are after dessert.
Based on a questionnaire about your background, personality, and intentions, my sophisticated algorithm and strong intuition will identify your one in a million and create an amazing group that is on the same vibe.
Can I guarantee that you will meet the Jay-Z to your Beyoncé, the Cameron to your Mitchell, or the Ginny to your Harry in this experience? Of course not. But what I promise is tasty food, a great night out with amazing people, and a small, ever so slightly shot at finding your one in a million.

To indicate that you would like to join, you need to fill out a quick questionnaire about your background and personality. After you submit the questionnaire, we will let you know if/when we can accommodate you.
If you receive an invite, we will send you a second form through which you can purchase your ticket. -
One In A Million is a dinner party with strangers. You should arrive with an appetite for tasty food and meeting new people. The dinner is included in the experience and vegetarian/vegan options are available.
-
Based upon your answers, we decide if we can include you in the experiment and determine your perfect match. They will be present on the same evening as you!
-
We only tell you who your perfect match is at the end of the night. That ensures you approach the evening with an open mind and allows you to meet your perfect match without any pressure.
-
Between each course, half of the people on your table will move to another one. This will allow you to meet many different guests. Your perfect match will be on your table for one of the courses. We won’t tell you though when…
-
Your perfect match will be revealed during the event, but only towards the end, after dessert.
-
After the dinner, you are asked to indicate who you vibed with and would like to get to know further. This could be your perfect match, or anybody else. We will share your contact details (only those you are comfortable with) with them.
-
AMAYA experiences have a curated guest list. We are looking for fun, warm, friendly, genuine, and interesting people who don’t take themselves and this experiment too seriously.
The aim is to create a diverse group with strong potential for matches. With this goal in mind, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who requests an invite.
-
The dinner is included in the ticket.
Drinks need to be paid for separately.
The ticket price varies depending on the venue and location. Limited student discount tickets are available.
